I was looking at booking the Chaya Pool Suite include airport transfer. Are you able to smoke on the balcony of this room?

Sorry our resort not allow to smoke in living zone ,So guest or visitor can do it in providing area .Thank you for you interesting.

1. There're queue of taxi in airport and pricing concerning by time.No need to book in advance. 2. A shuttle service by hotel will be charge 150thb by van 8seats,Guest need to book at least 3 days prior arrival date.

Would stay again for the room.
I like that the room and bathroom were spacious. The suite had great and available access to the pool.
The location is a bit far from the train station.

Great, well maintained resort with comfortable beds and a very nice swimming pool. The staff are great and the whole experience was wonderful.

Good
The hotel concierge Michael (nickname) was exceptionally friendly and helpful with all necessary information and assistance. Rooms were comfortable and clean.
Lower ground floor rooms are cooler but darker as there are windows on one side and no view. No English channels except one but of little entertaining value. Location is not the best for restaurants and sight seeing but transport is relatively cheap so the problem is overcome. Breakfasts are very expensive in all hotels I've been in Thai.
